Start up businesses are very welcome to do our courses. However, just be aware that all courses, blogs, free tips, workshops and webinars are all designed for existing small businesses that have ideally been operating for more than 2 years. We have structured it this way so that owners can learn and then be able to simply adjust what they are doing to see immediate results.
We have structured each course so that you will only need to spend approx 5 hours to complete each topic. You may choose to put aside a day over a weekend to complete it or we actually recommend setting aside just one hour per week to watch the short videos and do the respective exercises. Note some businesses will spend more time than others on the same topic based on how they are currently trading.
No, everything we teach at The Milestone Academy is all about making your business more profitable and efficient. We give you all the tools you need to implement what we teach on each topic.
However, in some course modules we have put an ‘optional additional resources’ section in, which might be a link to a certain book, podcast or online app that you can consider as an optional extra for those who want more.
For all Milestone members doing our online courses we offer a range of ways we can help you. From e-mails, joining our private facebook group, online discussions within each course topic to (our favourite) scheduling in a 15min phone call/skype call through our booking system inside our portal. There is no limit to how often you can book in times with us, we are here to ensure you completely understand each lesson and can implement it straight away into your business.
We will refund you in full providing you have attempted to implement all lessons from the course topic you purchased but still see no benefit. The benefits you can expect from every single course are more profits and better systems which will give you more time and less stress. We are so confident in Milestones practical coaching that you will see a direct benefit you both yourself as the owner and your business performance in the first couple of weeks. Yes we do, however we have only a limited number of places and these are currently offered by invitation only. The main pre-requisite is you would have need to have completed at least 4 of our online courses to ensure you have the basic foundations secure in your business operations.
